Stroke Unit of Nice University Hospital is recruiting for a senior position including Assistant Neurologist, i.e. within 2 years after Neurology residency, or more experienced neurologists with experience in stroke medicine.
Presentation of the activity:
The Stroke Unit of Nice University Hospital is the University Centre for the PACA-Est region, with 24 beds including 8 intensive care beds. Clinical activity includes : thrombolysis (about 200/y), thrombectomy (about 180/y) post-stroke consultation, TIA management.
Telemedicine is active with hospitals in Alpes Maritimes, Var and Corsica. Expansion project for 8 additional beds.
Many research projects are ongoing (observational, RCT).
Weekly educational activities.
Qualifications :
MD qualified in Neurology
Expertise in stroke appreciated
